Tetris Project

We ran a wellbeing project using the video game Tetris to help children in schools process trauma, anxiety, and stress based.
This project, which ended in January 2022, used a clear protocol which was based on published scientific research on tetris (e.g. Holmes et al., 2008, Iyadurai et al., 2018). We delivered over 200 in-school sessions to children in Cambridgeshire. Our evaluation shows positive results both through data collection and individual feedback. We are now looking to further develop a tool to help students deal with distressing emotions. Please contact us if you would like more information.
