Therapeutic Youth Club in Histon

We are offering a new youth club for children in years 3 - 6 attending primary school/living in Histon and the surrounding area who might be experiencing anxiety, stress and worry:

• Starting: Thursday 9th January (3.45 - 5pm)

• Frequency: weekly, term time only

• Location: Cambridgeshire Music, New School Road, Histon, CB24 9LL

• Cost: free of charge for spring and summer term

Interested? Please register your interest by submitting the form on this page. Spaces are limited so we will only be able to allocate on a first come first serve basis. Please register your interest by Monday 9th December. If your child has been successful we will email you and ask you to complete a full information form to secure your child’s space.

Activities: The youth group will offer therapeutic activities including: artscaping (an arts in nature programme), crafting, drama, music, and talking. Drinks and allergen free snacks will be provided. 

Staff: This youth club will be run by a range of therapeutic professionals including trained and qualified therapists, education practitioners, musicians, and artists. All professionals have enhanced DBS checks, have been safely recruited, and have therapeutic experience working with children. Our provision is for children in years 3-6 and our therapeutic approach would particularly suit children who might be experiencing worry, stress, or anxiety.
